2. Information We Collect We collect personal data in these main ways:
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms: When you submit a form on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares the information you provide (typically name, email address, company name, job title/role, and any other fields we include such as phone number or specific business challenges). LinkedIn may also share limited profile data you have made visible.
Website & Services: Contact forms, Readiness Assessments, demo requests, account sign-ups for APAS Flow, or consultations. This includes name, email, company details, finance system information (e.g., current accounting platform), and business needs.
Usage & Technical Data: Cookies, analytics (e.g., page views, device/browser info), and service usage data when you interact with our tools or platform.
Other Sources: Public business information or data you voluntarily provide during engagements.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, racial origin, or financial account details) unless explicitly required and with your consent for a specific service.
3. How We Use Your Information (Including Lead Gen Data) We use personal data for these purposes:
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms specifically: To contact you about our services (Finance AI Scaling Readiness Assessment, personalised Execution Roadmap, APAS Flow automation, Fractional/C-Suite AI Advisory, white-label opportunities for accounting firms, or related solutions). We may send relevant follow-up emails, proposals, or schedule calls. We will only use the data for the purposes described in the form and this policy.
To deliver and improve our services (assessments, roadmaps, SaaS deployment, training, and ongoing support).
To personalise communications and recommendations based on your business profile.
For marketing (newsletters, content on Finance AI Execution Gap, event invites) — only with your consent or where permitted by law. You can opt out anytime.
To analyse and improve our website, services, and campaigns (aggregated/anonymised where possible).
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Legal basis: Consent (for marketing and specific form uses), legitimate interest (business development and service improvement), and contract (when you engage our services).
4. Sharing & Disclosure We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
Trusted service providers (e.g., email platforms, hosting, analytics, CRM) under strict contracts.
Professional advisors or partners necessary to deliver services (e.g., implementation partners).
Legal authorities when required by law (PDPA Thailand, Singapore PDPA, Australia Privacy Act/APPs, New Zealand Privacy Act, or other applicable regulations).
When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn shares your data directly with us as the advertiser. We are responsible for how we use it from that point.
5. Data Retention
Lead Gen Form data: Retained for up to 24 months (or longer if you become a client or request ongoing contact), after which it is deleted or anonymised unless you engage with us.
Client/service data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus legal/tax requirements (typically 5–7 years).
Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe or object.
You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
6. Security We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, regular reviews) aligned with NIST AI RMF principles and regional data protection standards to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
7. Your Rights Depending on your location (Thailand PDPA, Singapore PDPA, Australia, New Zealand, or other applicable laws), you have rights to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances.

8. International Data Transfers We operate across APAC. Data may be transferred to and processed in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, or other countries where our service providers are located. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent) to protect your data.
